PHC's Role in Transforming Care Delivery

PHC's Role in Transforming Care Delivery

The new Ministry of Health vision for a more integrated and patient-centered health system combined with the recent announcement for a new St. Paul’s Hospital health care campus provides Providence Health Care with a unique opportunity to influence the future of health care in BC and act as a catalyst for system-wide change, in collaboration with our regional and provincial partners.

Please join Dianne Doyle and David Byres for a special all SPH/Hornby staff meeting where we will start the conversation to re-imagine PHC’s role and contribution in the BC health care system.

Discussion topics will include our plans for St. Paul’s Redevelopment and for redeveloping our residential care sites.

Over the coming months and years we will need your input, expertise and innovative thinking to begin developing and designing a roadmap to achieve the maximum health and well-being of the current and future populations served by PHC.

PHC has more than 100 years of history as a leader in transforming care delivery and advancing population health. We need your wisdom and courage to ensure PHC continues to contribute transformative improvements to the delivery of care, research and teaching in our health care system for the next 100 years.
