Dr. Bruce McManus Recipient of Alumni Achievement Award

Dr. Bruce McManus, Director of the Centre of Excellence for the Prevention of Organ Failure (PROOF Centre) and co-Director of the Institute for Heart + Lung Health has received the 2012 Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Saskatchewan.

The Alumni Achievement Awards recognize graduates of the University of Saskatchewan for excellence, leadership, and innovation in their achievements and contributions to the social, cultural, and economic well-being of society, which positively reflect on the University of Saskatchewan and the Alumni Association. Among other honours bestowed, Dr. McManus was recently recognized by the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research with the 2012 Aubrey J Tingle Prize.
