Right Care, Real Time

The Clinical and Systems Transformation Project will improve patient safety and quality care across all PHSA, VCH, and PHC acute, residential and ambulatory settings. This initiative is more than a technology platform; it will change the way doctors, nurses, allied health and other service providers care for patients. Authorized, real-time access to clinical information when and where required will support improved decision-making, reduce errors and make it easier for health care providers to do their jobs. Please try to attend one of the Cerner demonstrations to learn more.
